Perfectly Suited

Perfectly Suited is a YWCA program designed to assist men and women in need with interview attire for employment or educational opportunities.  This program not only provides our residents with appropriate clothing necessary for job and school interviews, but serves economically disadvantaged members of the community by filling the gap left by departure of the Dress for Success program.

Wondering how you can help?  We need you to clean out your closets and donate business suits to keep this program running.  We especially are looking for men’s suits and ladies maternity suits.  Additionally, we are seeking volunteers to organize clothing, run suit drives and assist people needing business attire.  Donations of no more than five to seven suits or outfits per donor at one time -- clean and on hangers, with the donor's name and address attached -- should be taken during business hours (9-4) to the YWCA, 80 Hawley St., Binghamton. Call Coordinator Theresa Bovier at (607) 772-0340, ext. 231, to learn more.
