The ENCOREplus program provides breast/cervical health outreach, education and advocacy for all women. Encoreplus also assists uninsured women in accessing free, age appropriate, annual mammograms and PAP screenings through the Breast and Cervical Treatment Act provided by New York State Department of Health and Federal Center of Disease Control.
